Through this website it is only possible to purchase downloadable software electronically. Therefore, the product will be delivered by clicking on the download link available on the “my account” page, once the corresponding payment has been made. This link will be active for the entire support period for which you have purchased the product separately, once the previous one has expired. You will not receive the product on physical media or any other type of item. There will be no shipping costs. The price includes the VAT rate applicable in Spain at the time of purchase.

After completing the product selection, you will be shown a summary of your purchase, then after confirmation you will be given the opportunity to change your billing information and apply a discount code, if available. You will then have the opportunity to confirm or correct the data you have entered, and proceed with payment. Payment can be made through a PayPal account or credit card. We cannot control the completion of the payment process, the transaction will be completed as soon as the service provider confirms that the payment process has been completed with the payment.

Upon completion of this process the download link will be enabled as indicated in the paragraph above.

The contractual agreement between you and Fluendo VAS is the EULA which you are required to accept before subscribing to this website. You will receive a copy of the EULA with the purchased product. You will also receive a confirmation of purchase, including the price you paid, the product you received, and a link to the download and EULA document. You can also access, download and print the EULA from the “License” tab in the product description, once you have completed the purchase process.

Only in case you are a European consumer, acting out of a professional activity you might have, you are granted 2 years warranty as specified in the product contract, regardless of the support period that comes with the purchased product.

Since you will have access to the download tool as soon as the purchase process has been completed, you will not have the right to cancel the purchase. In any case, if once you have made the purchase you discover that there has been an error, you have the right to contact Fluendo VAS via email or telefax within 24 hours from the time of purchase, to request a refund, which will be transferred to the same credit card or Paypal account from which you made the transaction. This process can be guaranteed as long as it is not proven that there has been a download of the software post-purchase download of the software.
